Joy

The joy of happiness is close to the heart,

Through thick and thin, I long for its spark.

From deep caverns to light in the jungle,

I muse in open air, reflecting on the past.

As Joy rises, heart opens like a sponge soaked in goodness.

Even rivers feel joy

As they cut thru the mountains

And splash into oceans.

Clouds carry the promise of the next raindrop,

Each one a gift of joy.

Nourishes early bud on a sapling,

Bursting with vibrant energy,

Fish chase the first sun rays, dancing in warmth

The beauty of birds cooing in the morning

Reminding us the past lives in the present

Where dinosaurs roamed and mammoths reared.

My mind lights up,

Writing from the pure joy

Of nature’s abundant grace.

Let me pause in gratitude,

To honor this bliss.
